Robert Gorder is the founder and CEO of EleMech, Inc. EleMech was founded in 1987 by Robert Gorder. Early in his career, Robert recognized the need for automation technology in the equipment control industry, and EleMech was created. From day one, EleMech has focused on being a service company first. We support our clients before installation, through communication and understanding of needs and goals; during installation, by assembling and testing our solutions onsite; and after installation, by providing client training and support from then on. Robert revolutionized the bulk water and septage receiving industry through Portalogic management software, creating the best total solution for manufacturers and municipalities.

Brian Groszek is a Project Manager at EleMech, Inc. with over 15 years of experience in industrial control systems and the Portalogic platform. He has contributed to the development, implementation, and support of Portalogic, with deep expertise in its programming and operation.

He has engineered over 400 custom control systems and supported more than 150 installations, providing commissioning, troubleshooting, and both remote and on-site technical support. Brian is experienced in PLC programming across platforms including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, and GE.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and specializes in system design, UL and NEC compliance, and field service.

Danielle Gorder is Director of Business Development at EleMech, Inc., where she leads strategic growth for a suite of purpose-built solutions serving water and wastewater utilities. With nearly five years in this role, she works directly with communities, cities, and municipalities to understand operational challenges and connect them with the right technology to improve water access, resource management, and system efficiency. Her work bridges the gap between the field realities that operators and engineers face every day and the software and infrastructure solutions designed to address them.

Before joining EleMech, Danielle spent nearly a decade in business and technology consulting where she honed her expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and custom software solution development across complex industries. She has a proven track record of translating technical and operational needs into actionable system requirements and driving enterprise transformation projects from concept to delivery. When working with public works professionals — she doesn't just sell solutions, she analyzes your workflows, understands your KPIs, and helps design an approach that genuinely fits how your facility operates.
