Custom FS-72 Bulk Water Fill Station for Truckee, CA: Compact Design, Full-Sized Security & Functionality

The Truckee Donner Public Utility had unique requirements for a bulk water fill station. With all the needs for a complete filling system, including metering, drains, backflow prevention and more, but only the space for a smaller station, Truckee was in need of a custom solution. A custom Portalogic FS-72 Bulk Water Fill Station fit the bill.

Forgoing the standard 72x72" enclosure of the FS-72, EleMech reengineered the interior to fit a much slimmer footprint, while maintaining all of its functionality and security features. Each door, both to the panel and the enclosure, are fitted with locks and even padlock loops should the utility feel the need for additional security. These features are native to all Portalogic Hauler Stations, custom or not.

To fill the needs of various commercial water trucks, the station is equipped with a three way valve, allowing haulers to choose between top or side fill points.
